The World Poker Tour (WPT) is returning to the Glitter Strip in September for the WPT Australia festival, being held right here at The Star Gold Coast from 14 – 27 September 2023.

We’re excited to release the full festival schedule for this Main Tour stop, which is jam packed with 16 massive events.

Highlights include the $8k Main Event ($7,500 + $500) which will see the winner’s name etched in glory on the Mike Sexton WPT Champions Cup, the $660 Ladies Australian Championship ($600 + $60), and the return of the Shane Warne One Day (Perpetual Trophy) Freezeout.

The inaugural festival saw a total prizepool of more than $8.8 million and we expect this year’s to soar past the $10 million mark!

The festival also offers multiple chances to win packages into the marquee events at this year’s WPT World Championship in Las Vegas.
